In short

This is a static portfolio website. It runs no analytics, does not track your browsing, sets no profiling cookies and shows no ads. Fonts are served from this very domain: no data is sent to Google or any other font provider.

Contact form

If you choose to write to me through the form (name, email, message), the data is relayed via Formspree Inc. — acting as a technical processor — for the sole purpose of delivering your message and letting me reply. It is never used for marketing nor shared with third parties. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR). You can ask me to delete our correspondence at any time via the address above. Formspree's notice: formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

Technical data stored on your device

The site stores just two technical preferences in localStorage: your chosen seasonal theme and language. They stay on your device, are transmitted to no one and do not identify you. No consent banner is therefore required for them.

Hosting

Like any website, the hosting server keeps technical logs (e.g. IP address, request timestamp) needed to serve the site and keep it secure, retained for the provider's standard technical periods.

Your rights

Under arts. 15-22 GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, or object to processing, by writing to guglielmogiannattasi@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Italy: gpdp.it).
